Bill Warren, CEO
Bill combines a career in high technology with his extensive experience in commercial real estate, particularly brokerage and development. An accomplished entrepreneur and executive, Billís broad background also includes sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, and executive management at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 businesses.

He was a Senior Vice President at Therma-Wave (acquired by KLA-Tencor) where he drove more than $200 million in revenue with 450 employees, comprising 70% of the companyís worldwide headcount. Highlights include a successful IPO with a $1 billion market cap as well as various mergers and acquisitions. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of Oraxion (acquired by Ultratech) where he guided commercializing technology from Caltech University and raised more than $10 million of venture capital and convertible debt.

Bill founded VentureSite in 2008 to focus on the unique commercial real estate needs of corporate tenants and investors. The company has grown into a sophisticated brokerage and development firm with a broad range of global services.

He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California at Davis, and an SEP from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Lic. 01841549

Bill Dailey, VP of Strategic Accounts
Bill brings twenty years of experience in account management and negotiated transaction representation. The bulk of his career was spent with Banc of America Securities and its predecessor, Montgomery Securities -- a premiere San Francisco-based investment bank specializing in the promotion of growth companies. Rising to the Managing Director level, Bill negotiated multiple major transactions on behalf of a wide assortment of clients, ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar companies.
A natural relationship builder and seasoned manager, Bill has a history of calmly guiding his teams and clients through extraordinarily pressured transactions and tumultuous industry shifts. His exceptional communication skills serve to ensure precise and fair negotiations and also help in maintaining an ongoing market dialogue.
Bill was elected by his peers, colleagues, and clients to sit on the Board of the San Francisco Securities Traders Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University. Lic. 01864130

Bernie Wood, VP of Investment Property
With over twenty-six years in marketing, engineering, and investor relations, Bernie has long been a vital producer and manager in a variety of thriving, high-tech businesses. A bona fide technical marketing professional, his focus has always been more acute and his contributions more specific than generic branding.
Bernie developed the first-ever Marketing department at Nikon Precision where he was the sole Director of Marketing in a $2 billion division. He was responsible for the majority of all marketing functions at Mattson Technology, where he created a product team responsible for increasing revenues from $19M to $75M in just three years. Bernie was also a member of the M&A team that acquired STEAG and CFM Technologies, which grew Mattson’s annual revenue from $213M to $510M. He was responsible for all strategic marketing and product management for the Concept Two platform at Novellus which, during his tenure, was widely regarded as the best marketed company in the industry.
Bernie graduated from San Jose State University with both a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with a real estate concentration. He has been investing in commercial real estate since 1987. Lic. 1930370
